Endura with G10

just go to google and type in "spyderco endura g10" and click the shopping option. you will get pages of results. you can also select different options, such as prices from low to high, high to low, relevance to the search, etc

Most of those are Delicas. The only Enduras in stock are $150. Is this normal? $90 more than a FRN Endura for G10?

That's a discontinued model. You pretty much have to pay what the secondary market asks if you want one. I suggest a military instead of the G10 endura.

They sold for around $90 something when they were in production. I would look around in the BST forums for one. I'm sure you can find a good price on one.

This one.

Thats not G10, is it?

The G10 Endura weighin at around 4.5 oz., while the regular Endura comes in at around 3.6 oz. That extra ounce may have been a deciding factor for some users. For me, I try to limit my carry pieces to no more than 4.0 oz., tops.

It wouldn't be the first time Spyderco introduced a model that one would think would be popular, but turned out to be a slow seller. The original Manix (4mm thick blade, lockback) comes to mind. I'd love to have one, but they're really pricey now.

The G10 Endura was a very well made knife with a smooth and solid lock up. It sold for ~$120 street when it was available. When they closed it out they had a disco blow out special of around $70 +shipping. Those went fast.

for the money you're going to spend on a G10 endura, get a para2.

if you don't mind the steel (8Cr13MoV isn't that bad), get a byrd cara cara 2 G10.

wow, I'm surprised they're going for so much now. I had one, it's a great knife; it was actually the first decent folding knife I got. I ended up selling it, though, and not for $150 :-(!

Its just another one of those knives that no one wants until its been discontinued and by that point the price shoots up. Good luck finding one, I'd say get a military

I wanted one :(

If I could go back and do it all over, I'd have paid the extra for a ParaMilitary or a Military. There's not much of a reason to go with the Endura G10 now when you can get the military for possibly less.

Here's another option. You could buy an FRN Endura and have some custom G-10 scales made for a good bit less than $150.
