Yep It doesn't allow me to have confidence in the knife if there is blade play!

while i cant speak for the paramilitary as i haven't got around to getting it yet, i do have the endura 4 saber grid and i use it for most of my edc tasks. its plenty strong enough and its edge holds up well. its very comfortable. and its edge is very easy to touch up. i think with whatever choice you make you'll be very happy. all my and my fathers experiences with spyderco have been good ones. they're products are very good.

Take Endura FFG in ZDP - that would be cheaper than Para 2 and a better slicer and steel than Endura saber grind in VG-10.

I vote for the Para 2 as well. I like my Endura, but the Para is just leagues better IMO. You won't be disappointed with it.

i already have a Para 2, but this thread is making me want a fully serrated endura. hrm.... i wonder if spyderco has made them in orange yet....

I prefer VG-10 over S30V, only because the finishing of the steel looks way cooler- the wavy lines of the steel
Anyway, the para2 is worth twice the price imo. The lock strength and built is superior to the ordinary backlock. G-10 is more expensive and tougher too.

Ill be honest though. My FFG Endura is a tough bugger for how light it is. I have used the knife very abusively and it is holding up great! I am planning on buying another!

yesterday i handled the para2 and...omg this thing is SMOOTH.even it looks little the handle fells amazing in my hand. i played with it like i have this knife for a month LoL i think i watched a lot video and i sad him im gonna buy save 1 for me.im getting my para2 tomorrow after the school its gonna be a jump for me from aus8 to s30v

i didn't like the feel of the para 2 in my hand, however the endura zdp189 I have fit my hand well.
