Best way to fix that: You say, "Mecha drag your scrawny carcass over to that Dr. Suess trip hammer and beat out a flat bar of beta ti for me!"

Then when you're done shaping the blade, you send it back and say, "Now heat treat this damn cuss and send it back so I can finish the Godforsaken thing!"

Once I get my shop setup again after my move, I'll probably take you up on that. Looking forward to trying out some Ti.
