This is nice and sharp hunting knife. The blade is a bit less than 5" long. 1/1-2" wide and 3/16+ thick. It is evenly tapered to the blade tip. SPM S30V stainless Steel blade was heat treated by Paul Bos Heat Treating to guaranteed 60HRC. Hand finished to 800 grit. The knife is ~ 9-1/2 OAL.
The guard is 416 Stainless Steel. I hand engraved it with the unique floral design. The background is removed and stippled to bring up the 3D effect.
The scales are Cocobolo, tightly fitted in the dovetailed guard, glued with epoxy and riveted with stainless tubular rivets. The wood was vacuum treated and polished.
This knife comes with the leather sheath. The sheath was hand stitched, dyed and treated with the Saddle Oil.
The sheath has an oversized belt loop.
