Anyone got one of these yet?

I'm usually not too attracted to the Sanrenmu/Navy/Ganzo/Enlan/Bee knives since most of them are either not my style or tip-up only carry, but this one has definitely struck my interest.

Specs from exduct.com:

Total Length: 21.5cm (8.64")
Closed: 120 mm (4.72")
Blade length: 105 mm (4.13") (Seen this as 88MM or 3.46" other places and that appears to be correct.)

Blade thickness: 3.5mm (.138")
Blade material: 8Cr13mov
Handle material: (Black) Micarta
Blade hardness: 58-60HRC

Found these pics on some Russian(?) site:

I'm interested in that one as well. I think both are fairly recent designs, and are much more appealing to me than previous offerings.

That one looks ok. But how do you adjust the pivot? Do they include a tool for that?

got one,too heavy for me.and the finish is bad.

Care to elaborate on why the finish is bad? I've heard very little negative reviews of fit and finish with the SRM family of knifes. Got any pictures?

Another picture I had seen showed that the liners aren't skeletonized any, so I can see the how it would be a little hefty.

Unfortunately, they don't include a tool to adjust the pivot. I've read on other forums of people using snap ring pliers.

Too bad. Other than that, it looks like the nicest knife the SRM lineup. At least they didn't flat out copy another knife like they did with their other nice knife, the Ganzo.

EL01 liner is skeletonized. I have one. Huge & heavy despite the skeletonized liner. IWB carry is ok though.

No idea about this EL02. I like the blade shape, similar to Sebenza.

Anyone has side by side comparison? On a Chinese website, he blade is measured 9.2 cm next to a ruler.

Thanks for comparison pics. The stonewashed with new G10 is very nice!

OAL is about same as EL01, but it looks more gentle. EL01 is the badass fighting knife, 02 is the big gentleman ones. Is the primary bevel hollow? 01 is flat saber, 02 seems to be hollow saber.

Question: what is the logo shown on comparison picture? Doesn't seem to be Bee or Enlan?

Will you be doing review of the modded version?

Very much tempting. Sebenza in Axis :D

Chris,

I don't own these knives or these pictures. Just trying to get them out there for others who might be interested.

Who sells these things? I'd like to try one especially the one posted but cant find anyone selling them.

Shiping is calculated based on weight, Its around 21$ per kg I belive.
I just ordered the knife, gonna be a long wait now to get it. :)

$21 per KG + $2.50 according to their site but I don't know what the interval is. I doubt it's as simple as a straight % of the $21.....
