I haven't had to wash my car or water my flowers, I say the rain is pretty nice. :D
 
I think we are 15 plus inches above normal. Been raining here for the past several days. Stopped Sunday and the sun came out long enough to dry the grass just enough to cut. Stayed away Monday but have storms in the area right now and calling for more rain Wednesday and Thrusday.

Talked to my aunt and she said that they didn't have much of an issue with high water. The only problem they had was the driveway getting washed out but that happens every year.
 
looks like a break in the raid here finally! should be sunny and in the 80's for the rest of the week! time to get back on the bike and enjoy summer!!
 
Today was supposed to be a nice sunny day, well that was what was being called for before I went to sleep last night. One heck of a storm just rolled through here! I guess there are power lines down and limbs across roads all over the place around here. I'm hoping the rest of the week is a lot more sunny, fingers crossed.
 
ok so now i'm a liar. it was all thunder and lightning today.... so much for the weather channel. why do we even have that? they cant even tell you what its doing outside while its happening......
 
I want to be a Ohio weatherman. You dont have to have a clue as to what is happening. I really think a Magic 8 Ball has a better chance of getting it right.
Perhaps tomorrow will be dry.

That storm looks crazy! I love watching as storm fronts roll over, it always looks so awesome. Today is absolutely gorgeous, its not humid, its not too hot, there is a nice breeze, hardly a cloud in the sky. It might actually be summer for us. Now I'm going to go find some wood to knock on so I didn't jinx that statement.
 
It looked to me like the ones out in the mid west. We don't get many that look like that. Most of the time when we get the really awesome looking wall clouds the sun is in front of them lighting them up but the sun in these pics was above and behind the wall cloud. Thought we were in for more today,the clouds are building but nothing yet. It is so humid you start dripping with sweat as soon as you step outside. OOPs just heard thunder as I was typing.

Actually had a nice day today. Finally. Of course didnt get to play softball though. Stupid concussion.

I got to sit outside last night and drink a few beers with my friends around a fire. It was really great to be able to do that again without having to worry about getting rained on.
 
Two days in a row with the sun shining and the temperature finally rose to summerlike levels, but wonder how long it will last. We seem to get 2 decent days out of the week and the other 5 are cold and wet. The strawberry club cannot hold their strawberry festival because they have not yet ripened, perhaps one of the latest years ever.
 
You guys should be happy to just have rain. It's snowing here today :/
