So this is what happens when the gang gets to drinking in the shop on a Sunday night, eh?

My suggestion is that you drive two hours east to Michael Symon's burger joint, B-Spot, and have some of his great combinations.

This one sounds right up your alley: Red Hot: burger with pulled pork, pickled tomato, hot peppers, pepperjack cheese, sriracha mayo

if that was bbq'd rib meat, that sounds pretty ungodly good. Like, so good you have to go to confessions after eating it.

KFC Double Decker/Double Down

Dip in Arby's "Honey Mustard" sauce or add directly to burger.

Granted I could say that you need an extra patty of Kobe beef topped with foie gras and sprinkled with black truffles with that kobe patty inside a brioche truffle bun but I'm thinking the supply might be a taaaaad limited.

burgers on the brain, big time. how about:

BK bun
heap of tzatziki w/dill
french fries
ground lamb burger
BKdouble cheeseburger
tzatziki
BK bun

man, i should have eaten dinner. i'm starving

Bottom bun, burgers and cheese then...

Medium rare prime rib shaved paper thin and piled high.
Thick cut black pepper bacon.
Caramelized onions.
Roasted red pepper gorgonzola mayo.

Top bun.

Recipe for the mayo...

In food processor (or blender):
1 cup mayo (I like Hellmann's, myself).
3/4 jar roasted red peppers.
1/2 cup gorgonzla.
1/4 cuo shallots, chopped.
Pinch of salt.

If you don't think the smoked salmon burger will be beaten how about you let me send you 10lbs. of Alaskan smoked red salmon and make all the damn delicious salmon burgers you want. Done deal ;)

BK bun, burgers and cheese. Then add a thick slice of Foie Gras (lightly caramelized on both sides) and your done.

chopped cucumber, black olives, fresh raw salmon roe, mixed in cream cheese on the top and bottom bun. The taste is weird but very good.

Add bacon, cream cheese and sliced green olives (optional: the chunky salsa of your choice).

There's only one thing that will make a BK burger actually taste good...

Amy's cheesecake. Since you can obtain this miracle substance that can make any bad tasting thing taste great quite easily, there's no contest...I win!! ;)

:D:D

I'll play. I need that $300 shop credit so bad :)

My entry will be to add dried mangoes to the cheeseburger to bring out the saltyness of the cheese and the sweetness of the mangoes.

Thanks for the chance and your generosity, Jerry

BTW, when does this contest close?

PS Forgot to mention to soak the dried mangoes a little to make them soft :)
