The EnZo Borka, Scandi Grind only $130. You will not find a better quality scandi lock back knife.

A heavy duty lockback designed for bushcraft and heavy use with a distinct finger guard. The thumb stud can be removed and nail nick used for opening at your own choice.

When it comes to daily carry I have rarely gone with anywhere with out my congress, but like many of you I imagine, when I head outdoors I've always needed, or wanted, my belt knife, which for me is obviously almost always has a scandi grind. However, when my son became a cub scout I found out that many scout camps and events want you to carry folding knives.

I went through a series of larger folders and was never satisfied until I received my EnZo Borka. At first, I simply thought it was just too pretty to be my regular user but after a couple of outing the thing has turned out to be a real wood carving machine. While I have removed the thumb stud but kept the clip on my personal knife you may have a different preference.

The EnZo Borka may just be the absolute sharpest knife out of the box that I have and only one of two scandi grind folders I currently own. It is a real work horse.

The following introduction was first posted here on 04/19

I just wanted to introduce myself and my family's store, TheNoviceWoodsman.com. This site has been extremely useful to my son and I over the last couple years and I am very happy to be here. We are a small family operation specializing in nordic knives and more. So if you are interested in scandi ground blades, puukkos, carving tools and/or simply good traditional knives, have a look, and if you have any questions or special requests, just let me know.

We currently carry Ahti, EnZo, Kauhavan Puukkopaja, Marttiini, Mora and Strømeng, as well as other great products like the affordable razor sharp Robin Wood Carving Axe.

We also have a number of orders coming in soon for some other great brands brands from Norway, Sweden and Finland, which will include some very high quality hand forged blades (we have been waiting quite some time for those to be made).
