Up for sale are these two beautiful Birk 75's, both in wood. One is an EnZo Birk in flat-ground CPM S30V with what they term "Brown Wood" scales. Some refer to it as desert ironwood. In either case, it's very nice. The other knife is a Brisa Birk in a beautiful curly birch with a scandi ground D2 blade. I purchased both new, added them to my collection, and there they've sat. These knives have not been used or even stropped, just admired. As a nice extra, I'm including a set of carbon fiber Birk scales that I purchased along with these knives. These scales should fit either knife. Along with this purchase, you will receive the original boxes and packaging as pictured.
