Want to try a fixed edc pocket carry. I have it narrowed down to these 3. Realize that I would get tkc scales and leather sheath for the izula, and on the 11 I would modify the blade so as to get down to 3", add tkc scales and leather sheath.

The Enzo is clearly the least cost.. Thoughts ?

I would pick based on steel and use... And imho the izula I would skip . The Enzo and the bk11 are about equal in taking a sharp edge and sharpening ease but the 1095 in the bk11 would be a little tougher but the 12c27 in the Enzo is stainless...

Why skip izula?

Do you mean the 11, or the 14? Your title states one, but the post references the other.

I ment 11 but really it's the blade that would have to change, which is the same on those 2,..

I'm going to throw in blackjack necker as a maybe.. Starting to warm up to it

I have an Enzo 70, full flat, and an Izula. The Enzo is ground much, much thinner, scalpel-like. The Izula is much stouter, can pry, take a beating, etc...

Don't forget the BK11csm.
It is a San Mai construction with 410 jacket and White 2 core, it is also ran a touch harder than the normal 1095cro van bk11. They have been popping up on the exchange for around 60 recently.

I have an Enzo necker scandi grind, & a BK11csm.
The enzo has a great handle, is lighter, good for neck or belt carry. The scandi is a bit thick, & I would rather a FFG if that is an option.
The BK11csm is more beautiful, has a bottle opener, & a less comfortable handle. Too heavy for neck carry, it is good on a belt.

I have the Izula II, and if the Izula is basically the same knife, only smaller, I'd say you will have no regrets choosing this. On the other hand, I also have the BK-11, and you will have no regrets choosing that one! The other knife, I can't comment about, but if you mainly use your knife for cutting things, as opposed to beating the crap out of it, then its thinner blade might well suit you. Glad I could help!
