EnZo PK70 - Polished G10 Handle. UK Legal Carry Knife. Photo Review

Both of them have the similar sticking out the tang end of the blade. Is it possible that this is the permanent design feature of the slipjoint knives?

Not at all. If you look at Victorinox made aka Swiss Army Knives, they are perfectly flush with the handles with no hot spots.
However, with slip joints, this tang thing is very common. Also in LOT of them, they are also sharp and hence pretty uncomfortable. I usually take file and sandpaper and round my the tangs, because there is no harm done if you do it subtly.
That's one more thing I admire about SAK's, because they are just so perfectly finished on that aspect as well (including tips not poking out of the handle when closed).

Great review, thanks. I picked up a nifty little Opinel #8 Carbon in Paris... not as elegant as yours but totally functional and legal in Europe, as far as I know.

I have the Enzo Birk and everything said about the pk 70 applies. I fine knife and a great brand.

Thanks for the review.

I have the Birk with the polished G10 scales, liner lock, thumb studs and FFG S30v. Enzo makes really beautiful knives. The f&f belies the modest price of these folders.
