Thanks to this financial crisis thingy (lost my job recently), I now have more than enough time, but not so much cash. I've always been better at starting projects than finishing them, so I've got lots of stuff laying around... mostly knife-related, naturally
Yesterday I finally took the time to make a handle for this EnZo Trapper blade I bough like a year ago (~32 eur);
So, here it is, A bit thick handled, but it fits my hand perfectly, which is of course the only thing that matters when making a knife for yourself. I have plenty of leather around, so I'll be making a sheath for this soon.
21 cm/ 8,2", blade length 9 cm / 3,5", the blade is O1 steel with a scandi grind. Handle is made from curly birch, and it's oiled.
I haven't tested this knife properly yet, but so far it seems to be a solid and handy bushcraft knife :thumbup:
