Anyone else pre-order an EOS Squid back in May?

I got caught up in all the hype and pre-ordered two of them. Definitely looking forward to it, but communication with them has been a bit touchy. Seems like they might be a bit overwhelmed. Granted, they've primarily made EDC gadgets in the past, and not knives.

At any rate, just curious to know if anyone else is waiting on theirs and if you've spoken with EOS at all.
 
I have a friend who got one of the Orca's and to paraphrase his description of it, it wasn't a good knife. I don't think he posted a single picture of it anywhere because he was that unenthused about it.

Hmmm, not very reassuring. Definitely wish I'd only preordered one. The Orca looks good in the vides I've seen of it.
