I'm doing a few knives with paracord handles and am shopping around for some epoxy and have come across some made by US Composites. Does anyone have any experience with their 635 Thin Epoxy? Any and all help is appreciated. Thanks guys.

I would say that is an excellent choice for your project.

Edit: It is not UV stabilized, if that is important to you.

Thanks, I called the company and told them what I was using the epoxy for and they agree that so long as the knife is not left out in direct sun indefinitely, it will work very
well.

I believe Phil Hartsfield was the first to do an epoxy soaked cord wrap. Might contact him, Mike Snody or Daniel Fairly.

Mr. Hartsfeld is currently deceased.

Thanks guys for the advice. I'd talked to Mr. Fairly a while ago and was told that 105/207 would work well. The only reason that I'm looking into US Composites 635 is to try and keep costs down on a budget line of knives.
