The general concensus is West Systems G Flex but there are other epoxies that work just as well. Any slow cure high strength epoxy will work fine as long as you mix it correctly, prep the surfaces well, and use a second method of attachment (screws, bolts, rivets, pins, etc).
There's a ton of info here. It will depend on what qualities you want. Glue wars will give you more info than you (or most people) need. What made my decision was that acraglas has a very long shelf life. And is extremely strong. I'm too cheap to not buy in bulk but then have my epoxy go to waste a year or two later.
