Pat, this is the closest I can come to in hand pictures. This is the #491 Avid version from 2009, Rosewood Dymondwood/12C27Mod blade. They changed the name of this pattern in 2011 to the "Waterfowler". Myself and a couple of other's used it to clean a bunch of trout and it worked great. The cleaning table was covered with stainless steel but it didn't seem to affect the edge of the knife at all. I also have the Pro version with the rubber and Rosewood handle/S30V blade but haven't used it yet.

Here's the two, Pro and Avid side by side. You can see a difference in the shape of the blades in these pictures. For 2010, the Avid was changed to the all rubber handle and no longer has the Rosewood.
