I just sent in my leatherman Squirt sheath that got broken, to Eric to get a replacement. Lets just say he went above and beyond what I was expecting. It has always been a pleasure dealing with him, and will continue to do so in the future. Thank you again Eric.

I totally agree.I needed a concealex sheath for a bark river mini canadian.Eric told me he would send me one to try and see if the knife fit and not to send payment until I checked the fit.now thats geat customer service.by the way the sheath fit.

Thanks Mr. Andersen. I'll just wait then. I sent an email Friday. Man... his work (from reviews and threads) look really well-done. I can't wait to get some knives so I can get more sheaths .

If you don't get a response in a few days (maybe by Wednesday/Thursday), I'd suggest trying again.

Eric does do outstanding work. I think I have maybe five sheaths from him. For those who haven't yet been able to see/appreciate his work, here's some pictures I've taken.
