Error adding feedback. HUH? I started the thread!!! Help

Hi, Can anyone advise me on what I am seeing this when I started the thread?
I used find thread and got this
I copy and pasted thread and still get this...

I am really confused, and I just noticed my 3 lines above look like a really crappy haiku!!

The buyer likely did not post in the thread. Ask him to post and then you should be able to exchange feedback.

Has the other party posted in the thread? Both parties are required to post to leave feedback so if they haven't, then that is likely the problem.
