Error with mailing Knifeworks.

Has anyone else experienced this issue with Knifeworks.com? I get an auto-generated error from "qmail send program", stating that it wasn't able to send my message to the following address, when I try to mail knifeworks;

<help@knifeworks.com>:
user is over quota

Thanks a lot, I appreciate it, but it seems like the Roger mail works -- now I'm just waiting for a response. How long does it typically take for them to respond?

Depends how busy the gals are. Usually when i email in the morning, I get a response that evening. Those ladies work tirelessly and do a heck of a good job.

How long does it usually take for Knifeworks to ship an order once you've placed it?

Not sure about international orders, but usually within 24 hours of purchase. The rest is up to the postal service once it leaves the US.
