Escape and Evasion advice needed

I solved the key question for me here in Brazil. The handcuffs used here in my city are made by Taurus, the gun poeple, they also make hand tools BTW. The keys for all cuffs here are the same as the states. I now have a pair of Taurus keys. Mac
