I am interested. Would you take 65? Also, is there any damage to the handle scales from battoning?

There was no damage to the edge of the blade aside from the rub marks on the flats or to the handles. I was careful and was working with fairly small diameter dry wood.

I've given your offer additional consideration and will accept it if you are still interested. Please let me know otherwise this knife & sheath package is still available.

I appreciate the offer but with fees and shipping being covered I need to stick with the original asking price. I trust you'll understand.
Sure, just trying to stay in the family budget. Never hurts to ask. :) Thanks for the info, I have to pass.
