ESEE 4 molle locks or tek-lok

Just need a bit of info on the difference between the molle locks and the tek-lok? How differently do they work, any preferences, etc. Thanks.
 
completly different things. molle locks are great to attach a knife to molle gear, a pack a vest whatever. the tek lock is a belt loop, hinged and you can mount it in many different ways and on lots of differnt sheaths.

molle locks dont work great as belt attachments,

no experience with teck-locks, but my preference.. leather drop down forming loop attached to the kydex sheath :D
