Hey guys, anyone have a chance to put ESEE's 440c through its paces? I'm curious about it in terms of an ESEE 4. I know 440c isn't tougher than 1095, but is it holding an edge longer? How's the re-sharpening? Is it ground any thinner behind the edge/ how well does it slice? Comments and comparisons to other steels are welcomed. I've searched for info, no luck. Thanks--
