Esee-6 Rat RC-6

Is there any difference between the Esee-6 and Rat Rc-6 made by Rowen?
I know that the Esee-6 is the newer of the two, but I dont see a difference besides the logo.

Nope.
The Company changed it's name from RAT Cutlery to ESEE last Feb. The logo is the only change.
