ESEE 7 in the future?

ESEE 7 in .25 = Dream knife. I love my 6 but a thicker blade would be much more ideal, same with the Junglas. I'm sure others feel different though. Guess I'm just a sucker for knives that are built like tanks.

Hopefully in the near future we'll see
ESEE 7 in .25
ESEE Kukri in 5/16th
ESEE throwing knives. Come on you know deep down you want them ;)

Not too sure about an ESEE waki. It would be sick but Rowen would have to give it a crazy differential if they went with 1095. S7 and I'm down. Swords are just too much fun.

ESEE RC7 in .25+=ultimate mid-length bushcrafter
ESEE Khukuri in 5/16 (model the blade shape after the Busse KZII)=Fantasy blade to some degree, overall badass
ESEE Waki= make it out of 5160 or S7, and I'm in for two
ESEE Throwers=If it happens, I'll build a drop leg setup for them and a bandoleer system, and go all tacticool with them.
ESEE Tomahawk=Please? Model it after the CS Trailhawk, just a bit more substantial of a blade

All above ideas I support in full, and would be willing to test the prototypes if I could keep them

I think we just need to make those sneaky black ninja cat suits and sell them. Then anyone who buys one is a ninja. No sword or membership card needed

I can already tell you that most all of this is outside the realm of what we do. We build blades to use for the things we teach and do, not to just build blades to make a profit.

I understand where you're coming from with that.
Got to respect a company who sticks to its guns, especially when the economy is like it is.

Jeff I am so made I could scream right now! You have no idea how many papers I had to fill out for my ninja membership card. I payed $350 for administrative expenses, and the 17.3 month waiting period is almost over. AND NOW you tell me all I needed to do was wait for you guys to release the ESEE Ninja/Cat suit.

I hate you and the company so much so much that I am going to return each and every hog that I slew with my Junglas.

God bless,
Adam

id be kinda interested in a knife with a 3/16th inch blade that has a 6.5 inch cutting edge, seems to me that i could really use that when batoning

Not sure where all the ninja sword talk came from.....

If a 7 or 8 were ever made, I'd be in for a few. (Just extend the blade on the ESEE 6)

I been selling blades for 20 years now and any of those there recommendations would be top sellers in my tennessee Ninja shop....;)

Oh wait wrong thread.

that was me :D (post #4, i believe) i'm a sucker for short swords, i have one in my car, right now. i used to carry one, on patrol, until i got a Junglas (a little easier to explain to the brass)

there's one thing i'm unclear about - how come there's a OKC Rat 7, but no ESEE 7? i was under the impression that all the OKC "Rat" knives were commissioned (not sure if that's the right word) by Randall Adventure Training, the same way the Rowen made knives currently are, am i'm understanding this incorrectly? if there was, originally, a "Rat 7" it seems like there would (currently) be an ESEE 7? i don't get it

btw - i totally dig the concept of only making knives that would apply to your objectives, that's noble

I think if esee designed a 7 it would be more then perfect.

I have never seen a bad knife design from esee knives.....

Should ESEE ever decide to make a 7 or 8, I'd buy a few.
