I'm in for both for sure. hope the wait isn't too long like others have said. here is a pic of both:

With these two, I like the thicker handle on the top one and the grind on the second! Ain't that the way...

The Cantebury has my attention for sure. Looks like a modern version of a frontier classic. I'd love to know the specs on it.

If you go to their Facebook page and look around some, there are a few more pics of the cantebury in use. Looks like a big knife...5 or 6" I think...

I could be interested in the RB3 if it had a choil. I don't like cut fingers when I choke up.
Stop choking up. :D

Seriously though, I love the 3 but the choil is a killer for me. The only time I choked up on the knife was in an attempt to work around the choil. IMO choils on small knives are a design flaw and not a benefit in any way. Different ways of using a knife I guess. I might try the RB3 but I'd really love a choiless 3.

Saw this posted from Jeff Randall a couple days ago on the ESEE forum...

"Yes, we are producing this knife. We were suppose to work out final details at Blade Show with Dave but he got jammed up and couldn't make it to the show. Since then, all has been finalized and we are moving forward. No release date yet."

There was another thread with pics, but I'm not a member there and couldn't open them- but people were comparing it to the ESEE 6.

rpn: thank you sir
I'm pretty excited about this knife since I don't have the cash for the Battle horse knives version

This knife is still not out in time for Christmas 2015. Was going to try to get the wife to get it for me.

I hoped it would be out for Blade 2014, and then Blade 2015.... Nope. Not holding my breath for Blade 2016. What on earth is ESEE doing? I was told both years... a few more months. Not interested anymore.

The Dave Cantebury knife is a shared design with one party not so eager to forgo their rights....so who knows if we'll see it
