some really great looking sheaths and very interesting technique ... would you mind posting some pictures of a closer look inside a truly double folded sheath (of course only if possible)?
I also like the originally posted sheath... too bad that over here in germany you are basically looked at like a psychopath when carrying a knife like that in the public.

I haven't got one of those sheaths at the moment to photograph , but I looked back through my photos and I do have a number of work in process shots of a similar sheath .
These two shots are about as close as I've got to looking inside ,I hope that helps explain it .
There is not a single piece of Rough visible on that sheath , even on the back .
