Great review, love your pics and attention to detail. One quick question where would you rate the Extrema Ratio NK1 on a scale from 1 to 10, overall, above or below the Candiru?
 
I love it when this thread comes up to the top. The photos are just amazing. Looked at them like 20 times. And how is that Candiru doing?
 
Cool thread. I have a ton of knives. Folders full of super steels and custom fixed blades from the knife makers here on BF. About a week ago i "rediscovered" my Candiru. What a tremendous little scrap of steel. This knife is so handy and effective it has become my most used edc even though i carry a few knives on me typically. Id love an up date from the op on his long term experiences with this blade.

Same here. In fact, I have more or less the same Candiru in the the tan coloration with orange scales specifically due to this thread. The pictures are just fantastic. I do hope he'll come back and give us an update!
