Hey guys I just got a gold membership but I don't see anything in my user CP saying that I can change my stats? Anyone know what I am doing wrong?

I can only suggest that you log out of the forums and log back in. Worked for me, give it a try.

Rob I took care of my upgrade this morning at like 7 am and have not seen anything all day so I contacted BF and got a very quick reply. They told me that they have to process all of the PayPal upgrades by hand so it may take a while, I was told maybe tonight or tomorrow. So don't worry to much yet it should get worked out soon.
 
I'm glad they are busy as well but I hope I make it into the 100 AH1's!!!!
 
If you were able to order the AH-1 membership, you've got one.

Dammit. I just signed up last month. Had I known about this offer I would have gone right to the Gold membership. Can I just pay the difference and still get the arrowhead?
 
Scott I am pretty sure you can because I am a regular non paying member and have been for the past couple of months but I upgraded earlier but I did have to pay the price of the Gold Membership, plus shipping of course.
 
and today I log in and see all my posts have the gold member. nice, cap'n - thanks.
nice as well that I know my AH-1 is heading my way! :)
 
Rob I would just give it some time, I was very nervous myself but it took about 24 hrs for mine to come through. If you are really concerned about it you can send them a message at the contact us page at the bottom. I used this and Kevin replied to me rather quickly.
 
there's a big difference between "$5 plus shipping" and FREE! :eek:

if i click on the "upgrade your forum experience" link at the top of every page, it's $25 to upgrade from basic to gold.

if i click on the free arrowhead link, it's $30. (plus shipping)

somebody's math skills need work! :eek:
 
not about math or money to me. support the places you like or understand they may disappear.

happened to me last year -- lost my fav forum of all time. I support the 4 forums I like the best now. the AH-1 is just a bonus.

Go ahead and upgrade. It helps the forum and you get a cool arrowhead for a fair price
 
The paypal system has always been $5 more than the regular system because it's not automated. The automated system has no ability to add in shipping.

Roughneckrob - no record of any payment from you in the paypal system or other system.
