Esee gumbo

jc12 where do you live? I am from LA but live in SC now. I got Katrina-ed in Chalmette so I left. I have been wanting to move back since I got here. I plan on moving back probably to the north shore Hammond or Slidell this summer. I lived in Hammond going to Southeastern. Maybe we can meet up next time I am down there.

Gumbo looks great. I was planning on doing a red beans and rice post soon. Very easy to make and delicious and pretty cheap.

I live in baton rouge, hit me up when around - jcmusso@yahoo.com - think we're goin' hiking this weekend at tunica hills,,, but we camp ALL the time at fountain bleau-right outside slidell.

I used to go all the time in college. I had an ol gt pantera. I just have your basic mountain bike now. Do you ever ride out there, I know my cousin still goes.
 
Thanks alot man,I have a pot roast in the oven,and the smell is starting to drive me crazy.I think your pics pushed me over the edge!

I go about once a week but I dont ride as much during the winter. Mostly due to daylight after work.
