ESEE in this pic?

Jeff's looking high at the SF life on LH shoulder ,looking low RH thigh in front of pistol looks like a 4 if I was Guessing but not sure

Well, never accuse me of being a spy. I thought we were looking at the whole knife and not just the top handle part. Now that I see the tree amonst the forest, it's not an Ontario since this one appears to have a sharp pommel. Definitley one of ours.

I found this pic in another forum where someone was pointing out the Magpul AFG on this Soldiers M-4. Look at his sidearm, beside of that is a knife. It looks to me like an ESEE-3 or ESEE-4. What do you guys think?

Yay Again!

that's why I thought it was an RC-3MIL, cause of the sharpened pommel.

Is that a Marine, SEAL or what? Anyone recognize the uniform or equipment enough to tell?

I am FAR from an expert, but I don't even see a US Flag on his uniform...although that might have something to do with him being some top secret jason bourne type position

But they're so secret that even the spies have to wear special glasses to see them

Looks like he has a subdued OD green US flag on his chest, right under the stock of the M4. He is on a carrier it appears with a Marine helo in the background.

This is fun!

Unless my eyes are deceiving me, it appears his sidearm is cocked into single action and the grip doesn't look like a Beretta on my screen. Aren't Marines the only branch of the .mil that have any 1911s in circulation? Makes me think Marine then for sure.

What pistol is that beside the knife?

Oh, there was an Izula in the most recent issue of American Handgunner in one photo.

I think the knife is an RC-4.

The individual is a Marine. Looks like their Maritime Special Purpose Force. Notice the helo has Air Force markings (the old Air force star) as well; this might give a hint to being JSOC (Joint Special Operations Command) but if it were, the individual pictured would have to be a Navy SEAL. SEAL Team Six is the only Navy unit (there are no direct Marine units assigned to JSOC) that's been assigned to JSOC. He's not from SEAL Team Six. So, I'm about 90% sure that he's in the Marine Maritime Special Purpose Force, and just happens to be posing next to the helo or hitching a ride.

Well, there you go, every question has been answered right down to his boxer shorts.
