I am looking to get a fixed blade and am consider the knifeworks exclusive orange izula 2. I am not looking to spend a lot so the around $60 price tag is good for me. Has anyone had problems with these knives or not liked the way they handle, sharpen etc?

I think the reason no one has replied to this is because no one has had a problem. The Izula 2 is a great knife and as long as you are buying from a reputable dealer (Knifeworks definitely is) you will have no problems!

You will really like the Izula II, it comes with a great sheath and can be easily carried in a pocket or clipped to your belt. If you live or plan to use it around saltwater, you may want to consider getting the Izula 440C steel version, which is a tad shorter than the Izula II.

The izula is a perfect edc fixed blade. 1095 is one of the easiest steels I have found to sharpen. I've never had to use esee's warrenty, but i hear it's one of the best. The izula is thick for small blade making it quite strong. I doubt you would damage doing normal tasks. I have batoned smaller branches with mine and had no problems. You might also check out the Becker bk14. Same handle, slightly larger blade and a bit cheaper. I have both and they are both great knives.

The Izula 2 has a little bit longer of a handle.

If you have larger hands the 2 would probably be perfect. With smaller hands, consider the original. Or vice versa!

The izula 2 has a longer handle, by half an inch (if memory serves); the Becker BK14 has a longer blade than the izzy 1 & 2, but has the shorter handle of the izzy 1 and does not come with scales.

Well I ended up getting an izula 1. I got the stainless steel version as I may end up using it near water and don't want to have to worry about rust. I paracord wrapped the handles and am really liking it so far.
