ESEE, No longer (formerly known as)...

coming soon, purple knives! :D

who can find the AH-1 in the logo?

RAT and RC is no longer part of our name in any way, shape or form. The only thing RAT is used for now is as an acronymn for our survival training (Randall's Adventure & Training) but is no longer used on our knives and gear.

We recently incoporated our business under the legal name of TransEquatorial Solutions, Inc. This is now the parent company to ESEE Knives and Randall's Adventure & Training.
ESEE is our trademarked name now for our knives. Some of the dealers still advertise under the RAT Cutlery name but we are requesting that they change and remove any reference to RAT or RC.

Thanks for the info Jeff.. So by Incorporating I'll assume ESEE's not only growing by volume but is merely stabilizing itself to endure another 10,000 Izula sales.. :D:D

I have a question, did it come by chance that ESEE's address is on Randall Rd.. Or was the street named after you?? Or did you pick that location just because it was on Randall Rd. deliberately..??

Incorporating has been a needed thing for us for some time, so that was mainly done for tax purposes and to get everything under the corporation.

Randall Road was named after our family since way back then it was mostly Randalls who lived on it. We now regret that decision of letting them name the road after us because other property was sold that we didn't own on this road and we have meth labs and druggies living further down the road. Luckily I live way off the road in the middle of a farm. I can piss off my porch, shoot off my porch, whatever, and no one sees or knows who it is. ;)

I too have an outdoor bathroom on my porch.. I use it when I'm lazy and going in the house seems like such a chore;), I tell my wife it saves us money in the long run.. less water, septic issues..

Well, I don't have a wife or girlfriend to answer to. Just me living here and I sort of like that.

Speaking of being isolated. I shot this photo a couple of days ago off my front porch.

ESEE Pack.... hmmm doesn't flow as nicely. But we will get used to it! Also means we would all get new badges for free right? ;)

Sorry to quibble about pronounciation. S E. S A. Essay? I dunno... :P

EDIT: I still prefer to call them Randall's Adventure & Training knives, but I will let everyone know that the brand is known as ESEE.

I've adjusted to the name change and call the company ESEE Knives.

If I recommend the knife that I own to somebody else I call it an ESEE-4 (or say RC-4 but also say what it's now called) because that's the knife they'll be getting if they buy one and I don't want to confuse them but my knife's ingraving didn't change when the companys name did so as far as I'm concerned my knife is still an RC-4. I'd say that's fair.

There are still so "RC" labeled knives out there in dealers hands, but we have not manufactured a knife with RC markings in many months now. So, once those dealers sell out any old stock with RC markings, anything they buy from us at that point has ESEE markings on them.
