For sale, one rare and elusive ESEE Pack Kit. $80.00 shipped PayPal F&F
These were made several years ago, with much hype, then ESEE just stopped making them after a short run. MOLLE attachment rows front and back; Velcro strap on top(explained below) 3 "D" ring-type external sling rings. 2 big YKK zippers with black "teardrop" pulls. Back side has an internal stiffener. Interior: Left side has 2 long mesh pockets and a strap with a spit ring; right side has 4 mesh pockets; center has 2 elastic loops, connected to a stiffener, one loop large, and one small, made for their capsule/ ferrocerium rod combo. This is removable.Behind mesh pocket is a main sleeve pocket that runs the entire interior width of the Pack Kit. Approximate dimensions: 4 1/2" wide, closed 10 1/2" tall 1 3/4" thick. Open width 9 1/2"
Originally designed to be a combination knife holder / survival kit. ESEE had a knife sheath that connected to the ring on the lower inner left side: knife handle would protrude from the top, and since it could not be zippered shut, the external Velcro strap was used to secure it.
