Well sou d's like a wonderful morning with the Lil Man......We just went through a heatwave with temperatures sitting 80-85°f at night and up to 110°f in the days. This morning we were freezing at 55°f, after a southerly cold change. So we both had sloppy joes on to keep warm. It was a perfect morning to hunt without having to keep an eye open for snakes. My sons only disappointment was I didn't bring a Junglas to chop branches with.

That one would make a nice rug, if you can get him! So, did you rebarrel the ‘94, is that why the barrel is blue and the rest of the metal is white? Long story... i found the Winchester in a shed all rusted and missing parts and disassembled. Pre internet and isolated i made do with what I had. The magazine tube is actually a towel rail from a bathroom renovation i was helping do. I wire brushed the action and painted the barrel. I was 18 and super proud of my work, my first centre fire. I really like it and would never part with it. I was going to fix it up and make it like new but I like the memories it brings back the way it is.
