ESEE RAT-4 with Orange G10 for Blue BM Bugout

I have a used ESEE RAT-4 I'd love to trade for a satin/blue Benchmade Bugout.

The knife has coating wear but is in great user shape. Has a razor edge on it and clips on the kydex sheath. A really great knife I'd love to keep but I don't get out to use a fixed blade much anymore.
