Hello,

I'm not much of a "traditionalist" but i do like the look of the Northwood knives Esky Zulu.
I know they are discontinued and that people ask an absurd amount for them on the secondary market so that's why I'm posting.
If there any traditional looking knife with an overall similar look/pattern?

Thanks

I think Queen had produced a Scout 99 that was similar if you can find one.

I was unsuccessfully looking for an Esky for years. I finally ordered a custom from Booby Toole, it is beyond amazing. Last week I had an Esky offered to me out of the blue. I'm not sure of anything 'production' but most custom folks are making Zulu, some for less than people are asking for the Northwoods.

Thanks.
The Case one looks nice with several different handle scales.
That zulu though...
Any other alternatives?

This thread needs pics . . . my Case Tribal Lock is superb!

J.E. Made knives has one called a Zulu. I don't have one of that model but the two J.E. Made knives I own are very well made.

The Case Bose Collab Zulu might be easier to find and a better value, plus it is a slipjoint like the Northwoods Zulu.

Edit:. I think the Case/Bose Collab is called the Tribal Spear.
