Interesting turn of events here--food and ivory balisongs. I wonder how many steaks Dawkind has carved with that one? Beautiful pictures the past few days Dawkind--thanks.

Hmm... I almost had to cut my beef wellington with my balisong last night at dinner. My dumb @ss cook didn't clean the tenderloin before cooking it... so it had the silverskin (tendons) all over it. I had to rip the thing up with my teeth.
