The Esse 2 is an updated version of the Esse, one of my first and most popular designs and at onlt 7 1/8" it is a compact and discreet option for everyday carry, still its 3 3/4" long, 3/16" thick chisel ground 5160 steel blade has plenty of strenght for all the chores required from a knife in this size class. It sportas a resistent black epoxy finish for rust protection and has a paracord wrapped handle for a firm and confortable grip under any condition. Comes with a black Kydex sheath with static cord attachment that can safely be used upside down or adapted to the users preferred attachment method (like a Teklok for instance).
