SOLD, thank you.
Essential Stretch by Michele LeMay is one of those books I would have yawned at and passed by. Would have been a big mistake! A little new-agey in the beginning, but this is not your typical stretching book. LeMay blends some dance oriented whole-body stretches with some other really inventive flowing moves. The movements are safe, easy and fun.
One thing that makes this material different from, say, yoga or Pavel's stuff is the non-liner method. Circular and diagonal movements really make a difference in speeding up your flexibility. Her background in dance and movement therapy makes it extremely practical for anybody in the martial arts, wanting to prevent lifting injuries or just wanting to improve their general flexibility and ease of movement.
The book is 206 pages, retails for $17.95. Amazon has it for around $16 when you include shipping, $12.21 by itself. My copy is in great condition save for a black mark across bottom binding. sold, includes shipping.
