Estwing handle...

Does anyone have a picture of the tang of an Estwing hatchet with the rubber removed? I'm thinking of modding mine and was curious what it looks like under there. Searched this forum but couldn't find anything.

In the axe and hawk forum there's a thread entitled "Estwing Mods" with a lot of photos. The author didn't post a bare handle photo but he might have one he could send you. Or at least describe it in detail.

I have one of their Campers axes, The 19 inch one with the blue handle. Thay are excellent axes.

That's the one I have. Love the thing. Gonna get me some obnoxious orange G-10 for it and my Tram Bolo.
