I received an email asking for some pics of a knife I was selling, he decided to take it, he sends me his address, he lives in the same city as me, I tell him we'll meet up, we decide to bring some knives...of course, and we start talking, the next thing you know he gives me a small HI Kukri, I am floored, so I fumble and give him a knife, he gives me a knife again, I give him another.......a truly nice guy, a great forumite and person/ family man. Its good to know that there are still some nice people out there. Gene:thumbup: :thumbup: EDIT: OK, I have to apologise to all the folks I have had deals with, everyone I have dealt with on this forum has been fantastic. I have been a lazy jerk and not helped out with the GB&U forum. I think that this is the most important thing we have going on here...so..If I have bought, traded, sold or generally took up some of your time with stupid questions and you answered them, thanks...please chime in here, and remind me that we had a good deal...I feel like a complete jerk for doing this, this way, but I promise from this day forward, I won't miss an opportunity to list a good guy or gal. please chime in:

Everyone, no worries about buying from Gene. He is truly a knife nut and good guy.

He gave me one of his homemade file knives and leather sheaths which is very neat.
