Reason for W/D: I have a large tumor on my big toe, and I was unable to stand last night. I reviewed knives, picked the ETAK, scrubbed it with betadine, put a tourniquet on my big toe, stabbed it, and sliced. I moved quickly; standing up, I pressed the side of the tumour against the tub and watch about 5 tablespoons of blood and gunk shoot out; suddenly, it stopped.
I applied NeoSporin, a gauze 4x4, and vet wrap.
Problem solved! However, in keeping with my fubar mind, the knife now is mine forever, and I can only gift it to somebody - never can I sell it.
I purchased an ETAK-B, stonewash, plain edge earlier this month. It has cut some cardboard; I have sharpened it lightly....
