Etched Name

I'm making some knives for gifts and I'd like to etch or stamp my name on them. I assume I'd need a hyd press for the stamps? Does anyone have any experience with the ELECTRO-CHEM Personalizer and/or Personalizer Plus

I have the personalizer it works fine. Be sure to mark the blade as the very last thing as the mark isn't to deep . I think I would get the + so I could get a deeper mark.
