Anyone with any experience with the above product? I make a few knives a year and some of my friends have asked why I don't mark my blades. Cost has always been the issue. If this equipment works as advertised, it may be a good way to go. If not this machine, then what do you use to mark your blades?

comments??????

I built my own from the plans on Warner's web site. Got stencils made by Tustech. Works very well, clean marks. Easy to bulid, all parts available at Radio Shack. Trick to getting clean marks: pad just damp, use 3-5 second hold then lift, repeat until deep enough, then switch to AC for dark. Need to experiment a little to see how many cycles to get effect you want. Tustech will make stencils from your design or artwork, reasonable and quick.
Good luck,
