Etching mask for makers mark

If you go with some kind of shield type mark, Ernie will also supply you with a cutout in the same shape so that you can precisely mask over your mark with nail polish, etc if you are etching your damascus blades, etc.

Eric, I understand you've been busy and life happens. I hate to impose but I sent you an email and if you could get a chance, I would greatly appreciate some advice on a project I have in the works.

Thank you,
Chris

Sorry. Yeah busy. Sent you a reply... We've had a few things happen here with my professional life that needed special attention as well as my BSA responsibilities.

Changed to RyoCap emulsion sheets and saw a vast improvement in the clarity of my etches. So, as soon as I get THAT all sorted I will finally post up a series of photos. The speedball emulsion I was using had to be put down super thin to be precise, but then only lasted through a couple of etchings. Crappy... So this works better...

Cheers.
-Eric
