Google Chris Crawford. On his web site are plans to build your own electro-etcher. I build one and it works great. For the stencil google Ernie's knives or Blue Lightning stencils. Ernie can make you just about any kind of stencil you want.

Many members have had good results using salt water, or salt water with vinegar. Neutralize the etch with baking soda Sodium Bicarbonate paste or ammonia window cleaner

(Search is working on BF again.
If you search on Electro Etcher, you can find many many threads.)

The info so far had been Super and Many Thanks in advance .

I think i should have no problem making the Electro Part of the Etching process.

what i face with the Geographical location problem is that ordering from US would be a problem , be it tranfering money or waiting up to 7- 15 days for the order to arrive .

i had some basic knowledge of Silkscreening and had Done it myself .
i believe Photosensitive Emulsion with exposure Could be Made into Stencil . - but lack the info to make it good . so am searching for info .

I agree that is Best to leave it to professional to do it like Ernie' knives and this info i am searching for is by no mean trying to replace his special service out great standard .

i am looking for way to make my project possible. and at the moment two thing i need to resolve
1. The correct or best Solution ( chemical base . Salt being one example . or HCI )
2. making My own stencil .

any info would be most welcome .

Once again Many thanks to the Great link and info :)
