Etching Stencils

Hey Guy's

I need some help! Iam making a knife for a family friend and he would like me to put his name etched on the blade(H.Durham). I just need one stencil made and to get on made from a company you have to order quite a few and I only need one. If any of you can help me or know of some one who can please let me know, I know some people have the ability to make there own stencils, If you can make me one I will pay you! just let me know the price! The image is what I wrote above(H.Durham). Also when I bought my etching machine they gave me some stencil material for a dot matrix printer but I don't have the printer or any Idea on how to make a usable stencil from it. Any help there would also be greatly apprieciated.

Another option is to go to a lettering shop and have them make you a negative (letters cut out, solid background). Just stick it on, etch, and remove the decal.

Ernie Grospitch will make a sheet of stencils for you with different designs for a very reasonable price. Great guy to deal with, too.

Just Google his name and you should find him.
 
Anytime I need some custom stuff for customers, I drop Ernie a line. His turn around is INSANELY fast. Most of the time it will go out next morning. I emailed him the other day at 9:30 at night. Within 5 minutes, I had a reply. In the morning, I received an email at 8:30 saying the stencils were ready to go out and verifying my card number. GREAT service, great guy, and a good product.

Search for his name in google and you'll find his site. He charges by the sheet, and he typically gets 8-10 stencils per small sheet. If I have something custom, I'll have him put one stencil of the custom order, and fill the rest of the sheet with my usual stencils or stencils of steel types.

Daniel I could ship you a paper stencil with the name. I use these on my Damascus. Drop me a line with your address.
