Euro Care Taker??

Buy it now was $400. As a comparision, a clip Point Desert NO-E went last week for a little over $450, I don't remember the eact figure. Given the prices that plain vanilla E-handles have been selling for lately, I did not think that $400 was unreasonable.

Not at all. In fact the Desert NO-E is way different from any other NO-E I ever had. Besides the clip point and the butt grind (had a plain NO-E with the butt grind), the blade is narrower, more like the old SJ's, or, say between the SJ's and the NO's and the hump on top of the handle is ground down some, making it not as tall. Certainly the most comfortable NO handle I ever held.

Check one of yours out against another NO-E and see if I'm right. Mine is the recurve (1 of 7), but it sure seems a lot more work than just the butt grind and the clip point went into these knives.

The whole feel is different and all for the better.

I really wanted to get a straight edge, but that hasn't happened, so I guess I'll have to make do with the recurve. LOL

Feels too nice to stay a safe queen.

Didn't mean to come across so sternly man.

There were just some recent issues with this.

Good luck.

No offence taken, Mike. :) You're just doing your job and I should have read the rules.

Message edited. After thinking about it, it might have been too close to the edge on the rules.

This knife is from a Dutch man. I'd some email contact with him about the INFI. But he never mailed me back. I don't have the money anymore for it, but if there is some one who's interested in the INFI just let me know. He also got another Busse for sale, the EU4 combat.

The Dutch fellow you are refering to doesn't own this knife anymore. It is now here with me in Canada, for what it is worth. But you are correct in assuming that it is the same knife.

Ok. Nice grab anyway. Didn't know he already sold it.

Yeah, it was part of a trade deal that we worked out. It is an absolutely beautiful knife, I just don't have room for it in my collection right now. I'll probably regret getting rid of in in a few months....
