European full tang budget knife for survival/bushcraft/camp

I sold my bushman bowie made in China and just received my new Terava jaakaripuukko 140, i'm in love.
Can't wait to test it in the woods

They are fantastic in the woods; will get that camp fire going in no time.
Pretty rubbish in the kitchen as its not a slicer dicer, but then thats what kitchen knives are for, or your folder. Its a woodman's knife so best with wood.

In the cold weather the rubber grips are a joy; darn good in the sun too.
They are a knife you can just get stuck in, down and dirty, just use it, no pampering required.
Maintenance? Well when it needed, and its not often needed, its not difficult to do. I use a DMT diafold and just keep it popping sharp. From the no holds barred use it will pick up some damage but its not an expensive knife and sharpening away a bit of steel isn't any real loss. Use it, abuse it, and enjoy it.

I'm a fan; fan of the Skrama too... should be back in stock soon.
